Entries for each corporation issuing additional capital stock contain corporation name; stock issuance certificate filing date; capital stock issued for cash or property; and issued capital stock total. Capital stock quantities are broken down into common or preferred shares for both par-value and no-par-value stock. For no-par-value stock, consideration received amount is also given. Register entries (1935-) include corporation name; stock issuance certificate filing date; capital stock quantity broken down into common or preferred shares issued for both par-value and no-par-value stock; stated capital value; paid-in surplus acquired without additional share issuance; common and preferred share totals issued for both par-value and no-par-value stock; total stated capital and paid-in surplus values.
